The Ontario Nationals Baseball Club is an elite baseball organization focusing on advanced player development through a year-round professional training regimen, top level competition, a fall US college schedule, and highly experienced coaches/instructors. The Ontario Nationals are members of the Canadian Premier Baseball League which is widely regarded as one of the best leagues in Canada for high school baseball players.

Our in-person tryouts for the 2024-2025 season have been completed. Please use the CONFIDENTIAL form below to tell us a little more about yourself and upload videos that will showcase your skill and athleticism in order to be considered for the 2024-2025 season. Please note that most rosters for the upcoming season are now full, however you are welcome to submit your online application for consideration.

VIDEO TIPS:

For the most thorough evaluation of your player and the best chances of moving forward in the recruiting process, please include the following in your video submission:

  • Offence: show us your hitting. Batting practice/soft toss is perfect. Be sure to use an angle that shows us your swing mechanics.
  • Defense: show us your fielding skills. For fielders, get video of players taking fungo. Be sure to include the throw back! For catchers, get video of receiving, blocking, and pops
  • Pitching: For those who pitch, get video of the athlete on the mound. Be sure to use an angle that shows their pitching mechanics and include all pitch types they have (e.g. 2-seam, 4-seam, changeup, slider, etc.).

All submissions will be reviewed by our recruiting staff. We will reach out to those who are are selected to move on to the next step in the recruiting process.
