Barbosa Bound for Lakeland CC

The Ontario Nationals Baseball Club is pleased to announce that Anthony Barbosa (RHP) of Kitchener, ON has committed to Lakeland Community College (NJCAA D2).

Barbosa joined the Ontario Nationals program starting in his 17U season. Barbosa is a competitive, hard-working player who exhibits excellent composure and keeps calm under pressure when he’s on the mound.

When Barbosa was asked what drew him to Lakeland, it was the combination of athletic and academic offerings that appealed to him. “Lakeland made me feel at home and their campus and facilities are really nice,” Barbosa said. “They also have excellent Health Science programs which is what I want to study.”
